It’s no secret we live in a modern world, but did you know the average woman’s hormonal shift during menopause is dramatically under‑discussed?

For too long, women have silently struggled through the transitions of perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause—often feeling confused, dismissed, and alone.
But the journey doesn’t stop there. As we move beyond menopause, many of us are still left without the tools and support needed to age well, feel strong, and thrive in this next chapter.  
There’s a glaring lack of conversation and support when it comes to what’s really happening to our bodies during this time.

That’s where my story begins—and where my passion as a coach was born.

  • I had constant fatigue, weight gain, and brain fog.
  • I was eating all the wrong foods for energy.  Processed foods overloaded with sugar.
  • I had trouble falling asleep and when I finally did, I couldn’t sleep through the night.
  • I was so fatigued, I wasn’t exercising.
  • Little did I know, my lifestyle was actually making my health worse and was a cocktail for stress, mood swings and burnout.

For over 20 years, I battled endometriosis, and as I moved into my 40s, faced increasingly overwhelming symptoms: chronic inflammation, extra belly fat, migraines, and a nervous system constantly on high alert.

Despite seeking help, I kept hitting a wall—because no one was talking about how hormones change everything: our energy, weight, mood, and even our ability to bounce back from life’s pressures.

What worked in my 30s no longer worked in my 40s. My metabolism had slowed. My body felt foreign. I felt unheard.

I was drowning most days.

That’s when I decided to take my health into my own hands—and help other women do the same.

The Transformation

My journey into coaching wasn’t just a career move—it was deeply personal.

After years of struggling with endometriosis and then facing the confusing, frustrating changes of perimenopause and menopause, I realized something had to shift.

I was tired of feeling dismissed, tired of doing everything “right” and still not recognizing my own body.

My energy was low, my confidence shaken, and the answers just weren’t coming from traditional sources.

So I went looking for better ones.

I immersed myself in learning: researching hormones, nutrition, inflammation, and metabolism.

I studied not just what happens during menopause—but why, and how to support our bodies through it with grace and confidence.

I wanted tools that were holistic, sustainable, and rooted in real results—not quick fixes or restrictive plans.

I studied nutrition, hormones, weight loss, inflammation, mindset, and metabolism.

I found root causes. I found healing. And I found purpose.

I discovered that I wanted to support other women in the way I wish I had been supported.

What began as a personal need turned into a calling: to walk alongside women who are navigating these same transitions with questions, challenges, and the hope for something better.

That search led me to pursue professional training that combined science with soul—evidence-based knowledge rooted in real-life experience.

Now, I specialize in supporting women through all three stages of menopause—and beyond—into the empowering, vibrant phase of healthy aging.

A Bit More About Me...

Hi! I’m Angie!

I was born and raised in beautiful Montana, where I still live today. I’m a proud mom to a college-age daughter and two rescue pups. When I’m not coaching, I’m soaking up life: golfing, reading, sewing, cooking, traveling, and sharing laughter with family and friends. These simple joys keep me grounded—and remind me that wellness should be rich, real, and rewarding.

I received my certifications through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and Fit Chicks Academy where I learned from top wellness professionals.
