Ingredients
- 2 tbsp avocado oil, divided
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
Instructions
- Mix together avocado oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and sea salt in a small bowl.
- In a large skillet, add brussels sprouts and maple syrup mixture.
- Cover and set to medium heat.
- Cook 10-15 minutes or until Brussels sprouts ar desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
