Maple Cinnamon Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp avocado oil, divided
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

Instructions

  • Mix together avocado oil, maple syrup, cinnamon and sea salt in a small bowl.
  • In a large skillet, add brussels sprouts and maple syrup mixture.
  • Cover and set to medium heat.
  • Cook 10-15 minutes or until Brussels sprouts ar desired consistency, stirring occasionally.
