Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked and peeled medium shrimp, chilled
- juice of 1 large lemon
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish
- 1 dash Tabasco (optional)
- 1/4 cup BPA-free tomato sauce
- 2 large avocados, diced
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Add shrimp, lemon juice, horseradish, Tabasco, and tomato sauce to a medium non-reactive mixing bowl. Stir until well combined. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
- Just before serving, stir in avocados, salt, and pepper. Enjoy with your favorite sides.
