Falafel Wrap with Herb Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- 6 store-bought falafel balls
- 2 gluten-free wraps
- 1 cup shredded purple cabbage
- 1 cup cup sprouts
- 1 large cucumber, sliced
- 1 large tomato, sliced
Herb Tahini Dressing
- 2 heaping tablespoons tahini
- 1 large lemon, juiced
- 1 tsp teaspoon herbes de Provence
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- sea salt and black pepper, to taste
- jarred jalapenos (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare the falafel according to package instructions.
- Next place the wraps onto a flat surface. Top each with cabbage, sprouts, cucumber, and tomato.
- Prepare the dressing: Make the dressing by adding tahini, lemon juice, herbes de Provence, paprika, garlic, sea salt, and black pepper to a bowl. Mix well. If the mixture is too thick add a few tablespoons of water.
