Marinated Beef and Onion Strips

Ingredients
- 1 lb Thinly thinly sliced beef
- 1 Large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 Lemon, juiced
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, divided
- 1 inch Piece of freshly grated ginger
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
Instructions
- Add the beef, onion, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon coconut oil, ginger, cumin, and cinnamon to an airtight container. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight is best).When ready to cook, add 1 tablespoon of coconut oil to a large saute pan over medium heat. Once the oil has melted, add the beef. Saute until the meat has browned. Set to the side to cool. Store in a clean, airtight container for up to 5 days.
