Ingredients
- 5-6 lb whole chicken (giblets removed)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil, heaping
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried rosemary
- 1 large lemon cut in half
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
- Wash and dry the chicken, then place on a roaster pan.
- Coat with coconut oil.
- Add cut lemon to the inside of the chicken.
