Ingredients
1scoop vanilla protein powder
1egg
½ripe banana, mashed
1pinchsea salt
2tbspchopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
1tbspcoconut oil
Maple syrup to taste
Instructions
Use a fork to mix protein powder, egg, banana, and salt together in a small bowl. Fold in walnuts.
Add oil to a small skillet over medium heat. When hot, add ¼ cup of batter. Cook on one side until bubbles have risen to the top. Flip carefully, then cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
