Banana Maple Nut Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • ½ ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • Maple syrup to taste

Instructions

  • Use a fork to mix protein powder, egg, banana, and salt together in a small bowl. Fold in walnuts.
  • Add oil to a small skillet over medium heat. When hot, add ¼ cup of batter. Cook on one side until bubbles have risen to the top. Flip carefully, then cook on the other side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining batter.
  • Serve topped with maple syrup and enjoy!
