Ingredients

  • 1 cup organic plain kefir (dairy or dairy-free)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 tbsp chai seeds
  • 1 cup blueberries (or berries of choice) for topping

Instructions

  • Whisk all ingredients (except berries) together in a serving bowl. Rest for 10 minutes to allow chia seeds to expand before serving topped with berries. Enjoy!
