Instructions
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray. Coat with coconut oil.
Season both sides with dried thyme, sea salt, and black pepper.
Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove from the oven and set to the side to cool.
