Salmon with Lemon and Thyme

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon filets
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp dried thyme
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 lemon, juiced

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F.
  • Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray. Coat with coconut oil.
  • Season both sides with dried thyme, sea salt, and black pepper. 
  • Place in the oven and bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and set to the side to cool.
